Preschool Graduation and Swim Lessons...

Quincy is growing up really fast... I have very mixed emotions about that! :}

 They sang some very cute songs, and then they each got an award. Quincy got the Most Improved Girl Award! She did improve a lot. Her teachers said she really didn't even talk around them till after Christmas! Crazy little girl! They said once she blossomed she didn't really stop talking, that's the Quincy we know!!:)

 Halia was VERY bored!! She did pretty well at trying to entertain herself! She just wanted to sit with Quincy, and kept making faces at her!

Already started swim lessons, she loves swimming, but after a long winter she had to get reacquainted with that slide... now she flies down it and is trying to get the nerve for the BIG slide!

*T-Ball*

Quincy is playing ball this year, she really likes it.  They have had 3 games now and are finally getting a hang of the running bases thing.  It is so cute and funny to watch these little kids play!!

 Halia wants to be out there with her big sister so bad. She wants to hang out with her in the dug out when they're in field, she can hardly stand it!! Her turn will come so much sooner than it seems!!

First Campout of the Year!

We went to Bear Lake a couple weeks ago, to help build a fence, so we camped over night. We stayed in our truck tent. Both girls in heaven, Halia looks mad but she was just tired she thought it was a lot of fun sharing a bed with Quincy!

Mother's Day!!

Had a great Mother's day! I love these 2 pretty little princesses! They are soooo different, but sooo the same if that makes any sense...  I am so lucky and so proud to call them my daughters!  Tony was so nice and did so much for me all day, that he didn't have too, I'm not his mother, but he really is so SWEET!

 I love this Mother so much.  She always knows what to say to make me feel better when I am down, and what to say to calm me down when I'm wound up over something, she is WONDERFUL! Me and my girls are so lucky to have such a great example, who we get to spend so much time with each week, in our life!! Thanks for everything Mom!!!

 Tony also has a really great mom! She puts up with so much, I know I never could handle 6 boys.:{!

It is so funny we have one of each of these amazing ladies living in our household.  Quincy is our MINI Marsha and Halia is our MINI Nancy. Both in their looks and personality, we love it!!!!

Dance Review!

Quincy LOVED dance, and is already asking about next year! She did really good at her recital, I was pretty worried because she kept saying she couldn't remember her dances.  She did just as good as all the other 4 year olds, except that she hid behind her cousin, which she thinks is so funny!!  It was a blast watching her! Halia REALLY loved it too, she can't wait to dance, she is always coming up with her own silly dances!

Branding Calves

We went out to Park Valley a couple weeks ago to help brand calves.

 The girls playing in the back of Uncle Brett's razor, he was super nice to let us use it, since we don't all fit on our 4 wheeler anymore!

 Halia loves climbing everything and anything, and Quincy has to be right in to see what's going on. She was really interested in all they were doing to those poor babies, she soaked it all in.

 Quincy loved riding the calves, Halia was just really ready to go home.

~Field Trip~

I went with Quincy and her cousin on their field trip to a little "farm" in Corinne.

 They learned a lot about this big turtle, and about all kinds of eggs from different sizes of birds. They had fun, even though when we got there they were really disappointed, I guess it wasn't what they pictured when they heard farm.

APRIL...

April is past already?!? Well we had a pretty good start to the spring.  Tony got moved at work to an area where there is not much overtime, so we got to see him a lot!! IT WAS FUN!! I don't think that I ever mentioned he finally got picked up as a Civil Service Employee! Just in time for sequestration:(

We are grateful he has a job though, he is such a hard worker and great provider, we kind of....

love him TONS!!!!

 We had our first fire of the season...

 Quincy helped Tony burn his limb piles in the orchards. Halia was jealous, she got stuck with mom, nothing some sunglasses couldn't solve!:)

*95*

Way back in February, Tony's Grandpa turned 95!! He still works on the ranch, too!!  Tony and Quincy went out to Park Valley to the Big BASH! Halia and I stayed home sick.

 All the Great Grandkids that were there, with Grandpa and Grandma!!

Easter!

We always love the Honeyville Egg Hunt, the last couple years there has been an extreme amount of kids, but this year there was not too many and the kids had a better chance of not getting trampled. Halia loved it, every time she picked up an egg she said, "Thank You!"

 We celebrated Granny's birthday, too!

 Easter was such a beautiful day!! We went to church, then after we went home to see what the Easter bunny brought! Happy little ladies!!
